Nice clickbait, Applejack · 4:53pm Oct 10th, 2016
Just kidding, nothing about her is nice. "Let me tell ya a a story abot th' time mah entire family ended up in th' hospital."

I'm sure no one is surprised that I'm commenting on today's episode. I enjoyed it, but it does put a wrinkle in "Applejack Fixes Everything," in which Big Mac is taciturn as a colt. It might be for the best that he won't play as big of a part after Chapter 4, which is about 90% finished, by the way. So do you think people will still want to read this fanfic now that we know that Past Big Mac was a jabberjaws?
Y'know, I was thinking I wasn't going to enjoy PPOV as much the second time around, but no, it's still lots of fun. "Substanceless" would be a valid criticism, and I'd agree, but the main problem with it is that the excitement level is a downward slope. The intro is dull, Piratejack kicks things into high gear, then the continuing stories get less and less interesting (if still funny), to leave us with a dull third act. That's definitely a problem. Still, Piratejack is entirely amazing,
The detail which got my attention in Where the Apple Lies was the idea that apple blight could infect ponies as well as apple trees. And why not? Stranger biology goes on in Equestria. And as I have wanted to write something about the activities of Special Agent Sweetie Drops for a while, this provided sufficient inspiration for my latest one-shot: Sweet Apple Biohazard. Do take a look if
I never did a blog post about Viva Las Pegasus. But two things in that episode that happened were what I predicted would happen. (As a side note, the day that episode aired was the same day as I left on a trip to Las Vegas. And the hotel featured in the episode resembles Hotel Circus Circus, the same hotel I stayed at. Hotel Circus Circus is known for it's indoor amusement park.) Anyway, the two things that happened that i predicted were that the episode would actually act as a redemption story
Apparently the Apple lies in the hospital.
Bit of an amusing note on “P.P.O.V.” Given all the talk of getting ponies out of their element, I think it’s appropriate that the three had very little laughter, honesty, or generosity among them upon their return.
And on that note, let’s look at a time when Applejack was a long cry from exemplifying Honesty…
Let me just say, that pun. That was a fun something, with some interesting things to note.:3 As always, unto the thoughts!
Hello again! It's nearly halfway through Spookstober, and I bet you're all wondering when those chapter updates are coming! Well, two days after my status update blog post, my attention to FIM and my fanfics of it was diverted by the siren call of Steven Universe.
